Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee our vendor and stakeholder management activities related to healthcare claims processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring that they deliver high-quality services and meet project deadlines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that our organization\'s requirements are accurately communicated to the vendors and stakeholders and that their performance meets our expectations. Additionally, the Project Manager must be well-versed in Agile methodologies and have expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Plan, JIRA, and Confluence. Technical exposure to full stack development, workflows, data warehousing, and health analytics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage project timelines and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget

2. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project-related materials

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams

4. Coordinate project activities between our organization, vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as necessary

6. Ensure that the vendors\' and stakeholders\' work meets our organization\'s quality standards

7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the vendors\' and stakeholders\' work aligns with our organization\'s strategic goals

8. Conduct regular vendor and stakeholder performance evaluations and provide feedback to the management teams

9. Continuously improve vendor and stakeholder management processes and procedures

10. Use Agile methodologies to plan and execute projects effectively And track vendor SLAs, SOPs

11. Mandate to have strong skills in Project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Project Plan

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on vendor and stakeholder management in the healthcare industry

3. Experience managing vendors and stakeholders with expertise in healthcare claims processing

4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

8. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards related to claims processing is a plus

9. PMP certification is preferred.
