Position Overview

We're seeking a

Technical Project Manager - Fintech

with a strong blend of project-management chops and hands-on SQL & Oracle expertise. You will own end-to-end implementation projects for our finance-automation platform--driving on-time, high-quality deployments for enterprise fintech clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live Translate client needs into detailed project plans; manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk Develop, optimize, and debug complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries) and Oracle PL/SQL scripts Oversee ETL/data-migration processes across multiple systems Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external stakeholders Document process flows, integration specs, test plans, and SOPs Coordinate UAT, training sessions, and post-go-live support
Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of project management or implementation experience in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP Deep hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle (PL/SQL) Solid understanding of accounting principles, treasury modules, and financial workflows Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects from scratch to production Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project-tracking tools Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience implementing financial-automation tools (SAP, Oracle EPM, BlackLine, Anaplan) Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping Agile/Scrum certification or experience Exposure to reconciliation, AR/AP, and financial-reporting systems PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
