Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Drive planning, coordination, and execution across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps teams.
- Translate business and product goals into clear technical deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate with tech leads to define scope, dependencies, and sprint plans.
- Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks across teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment between mobile, web, and API systems.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, understanding technical trade-offs and dependencies.
- Manage program dashboards, delivery timelines, and communication with the CTO and leadership team.
- Lead QA coordination, testing, and release planning across teams.
- Represent the tech team in customer discussions when needed.
- Drive process improvements in estimation, release management, and quality assurance.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with both engineers and customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies under tight deadlines.
- Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and execution-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
