Roles and ResponsibilitiesExperience:
At least 5+ years of experience with Information Technology.
At least 2 years of most recent experience in project / program management, delivering large projects / programs end-to-end and team management
Experience in Core Banking Product is mandatory \xe2\x80\x93 Preferably Oracle Flexcube
Job Profile:
CBS Flexcube is being used by bank since 2009 and is the process of being upgraded to version 11.11
CBS Flexcube is currently being used for GL and CIF purposes by the bank at this time.
The Project is required to be completed by March 2023
Primary Role will be Project management of Flexcube upgrade implementation.
It is required to coordinate with OFSS team and various teams (IT, DBA, Tool teams, Wintel, UNI )/business users/Senior management of SIDBI.
Helping SIDBI business users/IT team/management to implement best approaches for various interfaces and data flow from legacy to Flex and flex to legacy, data migration testing, report testing.
Conducting various meetings like steering committee meeting, project team meeting etc.
Guiding and helping SIDBI in development of various Accounting statement requirement like financial statements, ARR, RATIOS, CRR, EPS, Segment reporting , OSMOS reporting, Consolidated Statement, Branch and vertical profitability, Depreciation statements, SL GL integration issues etc,
Any other requirement related to accounting vertical as received time to time.
Detailed Planning with intermittent milestones, identify all risks and dependencies and mitigation strategy for the same
Ensure close monitoring of Projects Schedule and take corrective actions as required
Conduct regular status meetings with all necessary stakeholders and publish and resolve dependencies in timely manner

Strong technical orientation in CBS Implementation (Preferably Flexcube)
Must have a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
Strong leadership skills
Strong knowledge of SDLC Lifecycle Process
Offer insights into the key Success criteria, resolving blockers for the team members
Ability to Work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholder individuals / groups (including third parties) to remove blockers for the team and expedite development
Ability to Work effectively under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to Handle Uncertainty and change requests/support on a frequent basis.
