Required Qualifications:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. PMI certification required. Knowledge and experience in the Health, HR and talent aq services industry are a plus. Knowledge and experience with standard project development/management methodologies and tools needed.
Experience: Minimum five years of increasingly complex project-related experience required.
Competencies and Skills:

• Familiar with Jira, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall practices
• Familiar with application development practices and cloud, network, and security infrastructure components
• Demonstrates critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills; ability to "connect the dots"
