Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager who is fluent in German to lead and manage technology-driven projects across international teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and operations.
xc2xb7 Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
xc2xb7 Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.
xc2xb7 Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks; proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery.
xc2xb7 Prepare and present regular status updates and project documentation.
xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data protection and security standards.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within a technical/IT environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

• Experience managing international teams and working with European clients.

• Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.

• Technical experience or hands-on background in development or system architecture.
