Project Manager Position:Experience - 10-15 yrsWe are currently seeking a Project Manager to join Strategic Program and Project Management Team at DCR. Reporting to the SPgMO Capability Leader, you will be focusing on Project Initiation, Planning & Kick-off, End to End Execution/Monitoring and Delivery of some of the Key Strategic Programs at DCR Digital Customer Experience Team related to Web, Mobile, mySchneider, e-Commerce, Product EcoSystem, Global Search and many more.Background: Strategic Program & Project Management Office (SPgMO) is a transversal team in DCR organization that guides to use best practices of Project Management when executing any Strategic Program or Project. SPgMO Team is a Capability which helps in:xc2xb7 Providing Standard Methodology & Assets for managing programs and projects to ensure they get executed in a consistent wayxc2xb7 Mentoring on Program and Project management methodologyxc2xb7 Monitor and Control the Governance of the Key Strategic Projects / Programs on a regular basisThe primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):Roles and Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityxc2xb7 Ensure resource availability and allocationxc2xb7 Develop a detailed project plan to track progressxc2xb7 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsxc2xb7 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetxc2xb7 Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsxc2xb7 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesxc2xb7 Report and escalate to management as neededxc2xb7 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersxc2xb7 Perform risk management to minimize project risksxc2xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsxc2xb7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with respect to Project Artifacts following SPgMO frameworkRequirements and skillsxc2xb7 Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers -xc2xb7 Project Management Diploma / Degree preferably - PMP mandatoryxc2xb7 Experience with Project Management of Software Rollouts Web, Mobile, Migrations Projects, Implementation Projectsxc2xb7 Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesxc2xb7 Excellent client-facing and communication skillsxc2xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skillsxc2xb7 Excellent and interpersonal skillsxc2xb7 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsxc2xb7 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeQualificationsAbout UsSchneider Electricxe2x84xa2 creates connected technologies that reshape industries, transform cities and enrich lives.
