Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans and timelines Allocate resources and manage budget

Team Coordination

Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and designers Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks

Technical Oversight

Understand system architecture and software development lifecycle Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with business needs Monitor progress and ensure quality standards

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Track issues and ensure timely resolution

Reporting & Documentation

Provide regular status updates to leadership Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within a technical environment Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred) PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus

Required Traits

Bengali and English Language is a must. 3-5 Years of Experience as a Technical Project Manager.
