who can bring both deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills to help guide our development team and deliver exceptional products.

Job Summary:

As the

Technical Lead

, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of mobile and web applications. You'll guide a team of developers, ensure best practices in coding and design, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full software development lifecycle for mobile and web projects. Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to align technical development with business goals. Manage a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers; provide mentorship and technical guidance. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Oversee deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production issues. Identify risks and bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions to ensure project success. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support development needs.

Requirements:Technical Skills:

Proficiency in modern mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin). Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.). Frontend experience with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Proficient with Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum workflows.

Leadership & Communication:

Proven experience leading development teams and delivering successful projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical decisions. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a product development environment. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
