Job Responsibilities:

Technical Program Manager



Introduction:

We are seeking experienced

Technical Program Managers

to join our Infrastructure Foundations team as contractors. In this critical role, you will support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives within our multi-cloud transformation efforts, driving reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across our IT infrastructure. You will coordinate complex technical programs, working closely with distributed engineering teams to deliver impactful infrastructure solutions that enable business growth and stability.



Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and drive critical

SRE

and infrastructure programs to successful completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate and manage complex technical implementations across multiple engineering teams, balancing priorities and resolving dependencies. Track and analyze key reliability metrics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate technical planning sessions, resource allocation, and risk management to maintain project momentum. Ensure comprehensive and high-quality documentation, including change management processes, to support operational excellence. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to senior leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value. Build and maintain strong relationships across distributed teams, influencing without direct authority to achieve program objectives. Drive continuous improvement by implementing scalable program management frameworks that evolve with business needs.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in

Technical Program Management

, specifically managing infrastructure and

SRE

initiatives. Deep understanding of

IT Infrastructure Management

,

Site Reliability Engineering

, and multi-cloud environments including

AWS

,

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

, and

Microsoft Azure

. Strong expertise in infrastructure automation,

infrastructure-as-code

, containerization, and modern observability practices. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, influence cross-functional teams, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication skills with a strong executive presence, capable of engaging senior leadership and technical teams alike. Experience designing and executing scalable program frameworks that balance strategic vision with tactical execution. Proven track record of independent ownership and proactive risk identification and resolution.


Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency in

JIRA

(including query/ticket creation, board creation, and facilitation) for issue tracking and project management. Expertise with

Confluence

for documentation and collaboration. Familiarity with

Google Workspace

for communication and coordination. Experience working within multi-cloud platforms (

AWS

,

GCP

,

Azure

) and related infrastructure tools. Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms aligned with

SRE

best practices.
