The Role
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with our implementation, marketing, and sales teams to build impactful sales tools, create strong messaging, and establish competitive positioning. You will audit existing implementations to extract customer stories, product feedback, and best practices, while maintaining an internal knowledge library that can be leveraged across teams.
This role also involves contributing to go-to-market strategies and influencing the product roadmap. It is best suited for someone with hands-on CRM experience (LeadSquared or similar), proven project ownership, and the ability to drive business-impact initiatives in a fast-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and analyze existing implementations to identify customer stories, use-cases, and best practices.
Maintain program hygiene and track key performance metrics.
Partner with product teams to prioritize features and create strong business cases for new developments.
Identify and drive growth opportunities across new markets and offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Prior exposure to CRM systems, preferably in an admin role.
Ability to understand and articulate complex use-cases, with experience working with business and marketing teams.
Proven track record of independently defining and executing cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
Strong ownership mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
