Skills Experience in Data Migration and ETL programs
Experience in managing large product development teams working in Agile development methodology
Conflict management, dependency management, cost management amongst fee
Track, measure and report to senior leadership and stakeholders
Manage stakeholders, both technical and business and derive at agreeable solutions
Manage technology budgets, forecast and actual spend
Process Skills: Excellent communications and presentations skills
Ability to manage multiple geo spread teams
Stakeholder management, Impediments management
Excellent knowledge of Program financials
Behavioral Skills: Well-developed analytical problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent team player,
able to work with virtual teams Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal management supervision
