Role Overview:



We are looking for a

Customer Onboarding Technical Program Manager (TPM)

to own the

end-to-end technical onboarding process

for our customers.

You will manage

multi-disciplinary onboarding programs

involving mobile app customization, e-commerce platform integration, and app store publishing.

Your goal:

deliver customers' mobile apps live, on time, and with zero post-launch issues

-- while continually improving speed, efficiency, and scalability of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:



Program Management



Own and drive

onboarding timelines

from contract signature to app launch. Create and maintain

onboarding roadmaps

and

milestones

per customer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

Design

for branding & UI customization.

Engineering

(mobile & backend) for feature setup & integrations.

QA

for build verification.

Support & Success


Technical Coordination



Ensure

Shopify store connection

, API configurations, and app settings are correctly implemented. Coordinate

feature enablement

(push notifications, analytics, loyalty, etc.). Oversee

app release

, ensuring assets and configurations meet app store guidelines. Serve as

technical escalation point

for onboarding issues.

Process Optimization



Build

onboarding playbooks

for different customer tiers and regions. Implement

tracking dashboards

for customer onboarding status. Identify bottlenecks and work with teams to

shorten time-to-launch

. Partner with engineering to

automate repetitive setup tasks

.

Risk & Quality Management



Pre-empt app store rejection risks by aligning builds to

Apple/Google policies

. Maintain

rollback/hotfix plans

for post-launch issues. Ensure

launch checklists

are completed for every customer.

Required Skills & Experience:



2+ years

experience in Program/Project Management in SaaS or Mobile App Development. Excellent

stakeholder management

and

communication skills

. Strong organizational skills and ability to

manage multiple concurrent onboarding programs

. Experience with

Shopify

or similar e-commerce platform integrations. Strong understanding of

mobile app release cycles

(iOS/Android) and app store requirements.
