Terafac is looking for a sharp, technically curious generalist to join us as a Technical Program Manager -- a hybrid role for someone who wants to work across engineering, product, and data to build and scale AI-powered systems for industrial robots.

You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team to ship features, define workflows, and troubleshoot live deployments -- while taking full ownership of key customer accounts, from early solution discussions to on-site delivery and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Owning a customer account end-to-end -- from understanding shopfloor requirements to leading feature scoping, rollout, and iteration. Work closely with engineers and product leads to define requirements, break down problems, and track delivery across sprints Working with on-site deployment teams to ensure smooth rollout, operator adoption, and feedback collection. Own documentation, configuration, issue tracking, and test protocols for key systems ensuring clarity across product and engineering Use your technical skills to set up, test, debug, and support AI/ML workflows -- including models, APIs, dashboards, and tools Help design and improve internal tools, data flows, and user interfaces for operators, testers, and customers. Represent product and tech in field-level conversations with customers, vendors, and partners. Bring a structured product mindset to everything -- simplifying workflows, clarifying decisions, and improving reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in product, consulting, startups, or similar high-ownership environments Strong product mindset & relevant experience to show Comfortable using

Notion, Google Sheets, Jira, and Figma

for documentation and collaboration. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to lead conversations with both engineers and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in deep-tech or startup environments across product, engineering, program management, or customer-facing roles Technical knowledge and practical experience working with engineering teams Working knowledge of Python, Git, backend or API-based systems Comfort working across ambiguous, fast-changing technical environments with lots of ownership.

Bonus:

Experience in field-facing roles such as customer deployments, testing, integration, or technical support
