As we continue expanding our footprint in India, we're looking for an experienced

Technical Program Manager

to join our Bengaluru team and help drive program success across our global manufacturing partner (MP) network.


About the Role





As a Technical Program Manager at Fictiv, you'll lead complex hardware manufacturing programs from concept to delivery. You'll partner directly with Manufacturing Partners (MPs), internal engineering teams, and global operations teams to ensure programs are executed on time, within scope, and to the high-quality standards our customers expect.



You'll serve as the customer's point of contact, managing scope clarity, risk mitigation, communication, escalation, and cross-functional alignment. You'll also play a key role in improving processes, shaping new service offerings, and supporting Fictiv's expansion into a new region.



This is a high-impact, on-site role reporting to the Program Management Lead in our Bengaluru office.




What You'll Do




Program Execution & Oversight




Lead end-to-end project execution across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality. Ensure all programs stay on scope, within budget, and on schedule.

Program Planning & Risk Management




Create comprehensive and realistic project/program plans. Identify and proactively manage risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Partner Management




Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners. Drive alignment, decision-making, and timely issue resolution.

Customer & Fulfillment Alignment




Understand and document customer requirements. Resolve gaps that may affect program success or delivery performance.

Change Management




Evaluate and execute post-sale change requests. Balance scope, cost, risk, and delivery implications while maintaining program objectives.

Program Monitoring & Communication




Track and report on program metrics such as cost, quality, schedule, and risk. Escalate issues when necessary and ensure clear, timely communication.

Continuous Improvement




Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, tools, and data visibility. Support the rollout of scalable processes as Fictiv grows in India and globally.

What You Bring




Education & Experience




Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is required.

7+ years

of technical project/program management experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience managing suppliers/manufacturers (remote or on-site).

Technical Expertise




Required:

Strong technical acumen in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication.

Preferred:

Exposure to 3D printing, urethane casting, and injection molding. Familiarity with quality systems (including PPAP), supply chain management, and manufacturing logistics.

Skills & Mindset




Excellent written and verbal business English. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Data-driven, detail-oriented, and methodical decision maker. Systems thinker who can design scalable, repeatable processes.
