Associate Director

Technical program manager who can manage a team of 70-100 who can drive technical programs, governance, meeting client's expectations

Experience: 15 Years +

Domain Skills Desired: Retail Banking, Financial Services

Technical Skills Required:

Solid understanding of AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, Glue Jobs, S3, and RDS. Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Python/Shell .

Strong Database integration around RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB

Hands-on practical experience in system/solution design, and operational stability that align with business goals and requirements considering factors like performance, security, reliability, availability, observability, and compliance
