About the work from home job/internship
1. Has a passion for troubleshooting issues, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), provide solutions
2. Coordinate with Developers- act on feedback received and deliver solutions to end users - via email or phone
3. Has good understanding and knowledge of end user testing of apps and websites
4. Debugging the issue using the internal logs and tools
5. Raising bugs using Jira
6. Working with the development team to resolve the issue
7. Responding to customer tickets via email and overcall if needed
