Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Technical Production Coordinator to support the development of women's and men's wear samples. This role focuses on reviewing and correcting tech packs, coordinating closely with tailors, and ensuring smooth, high-quality sample construction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Review and correct tech packs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and production readiness. Communicate construction details, measurements, and revisions to tailors. Oversee sample development, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Participate in fittings and provide detailed feedback to design and tailoring teams. Maintain seamless alignment between design intent and sample execution. Support the transition of approved samples into bulk production.
Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in technical design, garment construction, or sample development. Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern work, and sewing techniques. Proficiency in reviewing, editing, and organizing tech packs. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience working with both women's and men's wear categories. Familiarity with prototype development and fit assessment. Knowledge of fabric behavior, trims, and production constraints. Ability to multitask and manage multiple sample workflows simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
