Position Title: Technical Product Owner (Remote)

We are seeking a
Technical Product Owner
to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, integration-heavy products. This execution-focused role operates at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams, ensuring seamless translation of product requirements into delivery-ready work. The role is responsible for driving agile processes, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases within a fast-paced, technical environment. This position is suited for a professional who thrives in complex systems, enjoys solving delivery challenges, and can effectively balance product intent with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Delivery Ownership
Own delivery execution from backlog refinement through development, UAT, and production release.
Act as the day-to-day delivery owner for medium to large features, enhancements, and system integrations.
Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks are clearly tracked and communicated.
2.
Backlog & Requirements
Translate product requirements into clear, well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
Create technically ready Jira tickets aligned with engineering standards and sprint goals.
Maintain backlog prioritization, clarity, and readiness in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
3.
Agile Execution
Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to agile best practices while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused.
Drive continuous improvement in team velocity, predictability, and quality.
4.
Collaboration & Quality
Work closely with Engineering and Design to remove blockers and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and release readiness.
Support post-release follow-ups, including documentation, issue resolution, and lessons learned.

Stakeholder Engagement
Provide clear delivery visibility and status updates to Product and Business stakeholders.
Support customer demos, walkthroughs, and internal enablement sessions alongside Product.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
Strong technical foundation (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience).
Proven experience delivering complex, integration-heavy systems (APIs, third-party platforms).
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems or large-scale enterprise platforms.
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks in real-world delivery environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
Experience delivering solutions within aviation technology, travel technology, or complex operational platforms, with an understanding of time-critical and safety-driven environments.
Strong technical delivery background, ideally with prior experience as a software engineer, technical lead, or delivery manager in complex systems.
Proven ability to work with integration-heavy architectures, including APIs, third-party vendors, and legacy systems.
Exposure to regulated, mission-critical, or high-availability platforms, with an understanding of stability, resilience, and compliance requirements.
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in real-world delivery environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and effective solutions.
High attention to detail, quality, and execution, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and outcomes meet technical and business expectations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Experience facilitating collaboration and alignment across distributed or multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on accountability, delivery momentum, and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in environments with evolving requirements and complex problem spaces.
