The Technical Product Owner plays a pivotal role in driving the development and success of products. By closely collaborating with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for aspiring Product Owners to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, fostering professional growth and impactful contributions. Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Engage in collaborative efforts with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes to drive effective product development.
• Communication and Coordination: Drive effective communication between the development team and stakeholders, serving as a liaison to clarify requirements, address concerns, and ensure seamless project execution.
• User Story Development: Assist in breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team understands what needs to be built.
• Sprint Review and Retrospective: Contribute to sprint review sessions to ensure that the product meets customer expectations. Participate in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
• Product Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and feature descriptions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Progress Reporting: Report on the progress of the development team to ensure any impacts are communicated and understood early to enable the team to xe2x80x98fail-fast.
• Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning sessions, assisting the Product Manager in determining the scope of work for each sprint and establishing achievable goals.
• Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tasks are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized based on business value and customer needs.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar. Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems effectively, showcasing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset essential for efficient project management.
• Experience with data analytics and metrics tracking desirable and strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into smaller components, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and requirements clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative Nature: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that requirements and deliverables are accurately documented and tracked.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, software development processes, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who takes ownership of tasks and demonstrates the drive to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
