Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can work closely with customers and engineering teams. The role requires strong technical understanding (backend, integrations, cloud) and the ability to handle customer discussions, requirements, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Work with customers to understand requirements and convert them into technical tasks. Own the product roadmap and prioritize features. Coordinate with engineering teams for delivery of features and bug fixes. Review API behavior, logs, backend flows, and integrations. Lead customer calls and provide technical explanations or troubleshooting. Work with internal teams (DevOps, QA, Engineering) to ensure smooth releases. Document features, workflows, and integrations clearly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

6+ years of experience
