In this role, you will oversee the planning, development, and delivery of complex technical products, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet high-quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, prioritize features, and manage product lifecycles from concept to launch. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to guide teams through challenging projects with minimal oversight. Accountabilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of technical products, from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and release.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product specifications and priorities.
• Oversee multiple complex projects or processes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Mentor and review work of junior professionals, delegating tasks effectively.
• Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems related to product development and delivery.
• Drive process improvements and provide strategic input to enhance team efficiency and product outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout product development.

Requirements

• Advanced education or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or business field.
• Proven experience managing large technical projects or products with limited oversight.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, software development processes, and technical architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, reviewing, and mentoring team members.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
