The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for securing employee access to our core applications and infrastructure in the most efficient, compliant, and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools. We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to work within a team dedicated to building the best IAM solution in the world! What will you be doing Discover and validate user pain points and leverage user feedback to build functionalities, solutions, and products Identify, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine their needs, secure alignment, and consistently communicate progress Prioritize, elicit, and define requirements to clearly communicate what to build and why Build mockups or prototypes of user interfaces where applicable and evangelize with the user community for immediate feedback and iterate Use data to define, measure, and achieve product and business goals Collaborate and work closely with immediate team (e.g., user community, access management, development, quality assurance, operations, and cross-functional teams) to iteratively and quickly deliver functionality that accomplishes the pre-defined business goals Plan and execute programs to train users, manage change, increase product adoption, and improve user engagement Collaborate to define a long-term strategy and roadmap for the B2E Identity platform- products and services - in partnership with leadership, architecture, and engineering teams Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work, generating ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement Promote awareness about Identity and Access management programs Qualifications Basic Qualifications: . 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business storytelling a plus . Good analytical skills to define key metrics and use data for prioritization and success measurement . Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders, users, and cross-function teams to improve business processes and to negotiate priorities . Self-starter who is eager to learn, take ownership, and push ideas and projects to achieve business goals . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, willingness to adapt and understand the big picture, and deep user empathy . Experience and knowledge in identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver), user access revalidation, and role-based access control is a big plus Preferred Qualifications: . 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD . Experience and knowledge in identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver), user access revalidation, password policies, role-based access control, least privilege, key management, and governance . Working knowledge of PCI and SOX requirements and regulatory controls Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
