Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Unpack Carrier APIs

: Dive into the APIs of carriers and aggregators--pinpoint requirements, address complexities, and chart integration workflows.

Design Integration Solutions

: Map carrier specs to our platform architecture and create clear technical blueprints for the engineering team.

Lead Cross-Functional Projects

: Collaborate with product, engineering, andcarrier reps to ensure integrations are on-time, reliable, and high-performing.

Document & Communicate

: Produce concise specs, data flow diagrams, andbest practices that streamline development and future updates.

Drive Continuous Improvement

: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and champion new ideas that keep our platform at the cutting edge of shipping tech.

Qualifications:

Technical Know-How

: Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and integration best practices. Cloud or microservices experience is a plus.

Logistics Savvy

: Familiarity with shipping carriers, compliance regulations, and parcel workflows.

Product Mindset

: Skilled at translating user needs and business goals into technical requirements and solution designs.

Communication Champion

: Able to speak "engineering" one minute and "business value" the next. Clear, concise, and persuasive.

Problem-Solver

: Unafraid to debug issues, analyze logs, and propose innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
