Responsibilities:
Possess in-depth knowledge of all the technical details of the range of Digital Transformation Solutions aligned with our offerings.
Support Sales Teams and Consultants to understand customers requirements technically, demonstrate how the problems can be solved, establish proof of concept (POC), project scoping, manage project, installation, integration, delivering the solutions along with proper testing and training, and documentation.
Proactively align internal technical support processes and tools to ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized.
Design and lead customers adoption plan, advice on scaling, and risk mitigation.
Conduct Solution workshops periodically to ensure customer-facing roles stay up to date with our latest value and offers.
Conduct technical training for the internal team, to keep them abreast on the features/updates. Also, to help promote value-added services and best practices to retain existing customers and to protect against price erosion on contract renewals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
6-10 years of relevant experience in related fields desired
Knowledge and experience in DMS, Workflow, ECM Solutions, Cloud and On-Premise Solutions, Business Process Automation Solutions, and RPA Solutions.
Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Software solutions.
Knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure, Databases and Networking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, design, installation/configuration, demonstration, testing, migration, training, and support
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
Knowledge of scripting and automation will be an advantage (SQL, .NET, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Perl, etc.)
Knowledge of server virtualization (VMware), Citrix, Office365, and Azure will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Project Management will be an advantage.
