Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily coding challenges, tests, and revision sessions across various tech stacks (MERN, Python, Java, etc.).

2. Reinforce concepts in Data Structures & Algorithms, System Design, OOPs, and other core technical subjects.

3. Track and analyze student performance regularly and provide targeted support.

4. Coordinate mock technical interviews and real-time coding assessments.

5. Keep students engaged, motivated, and accountable in their job search journey.

6. Work closely with the placement and academic team to align revision sessions with current hiring requirements.

7. Provide continuous support until students are successfully placed.

Requirements:

1. Strong technical expertise in programming (JavaScript, Python, etc.), DSA, Full Stack, or ML/AI.

2. Strong knowledge of interview-level questions and coding platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.).

3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and push students toward results.

4. Passion for teaching and a results-oriented mindset.

Good to Have:

1. Experience in ed-tech or student mentoring roles.

2. Familiarity with placement workflows and company expectations.

3. Experience in handling batch-wise performance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
