This is a leadership role, not merely a support function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing systems, driving improvements, collaborating with vendors, and enhancing internal workflows using low-code/no-code platforms and modern web technologies.
You will work across a diverse stack and will have the autonomy to evaluate, recommend, and implement tools that help us scale operations effectively.
Core Responsibilities
1. Low-Code & Web Customization
Enhance our custom Zoho Creator applications using:
-- Deluge scripting for logic and workflows
-- HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI customization
Build integrations via Zoho Flow and APIs
Ensure scalable, user-centric app design
2. Technical Leadership & Vendor Coordination
Lead coordination with external vendors and contractors
Scope and deliver for In- house IT and automation projects
Advise leadership on tech strategy and implementation
3. Tech Improvement & Innovation
Proactively optimize systems and workflows
Identify and implement automation and efficiency opportunities
Recommend new systems or upgrades aligned with goals
4. Systems Administration
Administer accounts, access controls, and compliance for:
-- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune)
-- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
-- WordPress backend and plugins
-- VoIP configuration
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
5. Documentation, Governance & Support
Maintain accurate technical documentation and SOPs
Provide support for escalated IT issues and staff training
Ensure data security and platform compliance
Desired Profile
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-7 years in IT administration or technical operations
Hands-on expertise in:
-- Microsoft 365 suite
-- Zoho Creator (with scripting and forms)
-- WordPress admin and configuration
-- VoIP systems
-- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Proven experience leading cross-platform projects and vendors
Good To Have:
Experience with REST APIs and integration testing
Familiarity with cloud identity and security tools
Background in low-code/no-code architecture
