Technical Operation Coordinator with 1+ year required for a listed MEP/HVAC pipe & metal supports manufacturer at Juinagar, Mumbai

Mechanical Engineering freshers can also apply

JD:

- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide accurate quotations/product specifications

Manage sales orders in ERP/SAP, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and timely dispatch
- Track customer orders, payments, and delivery schedules with regular follow-ups

- Support proposals with basic engineering calculations and product knowledge

- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships

- Liaise with factory teams in Vasai for production planning, order tracking, and dispatch coordination ; visit factory periodically for product updates

- Assist sales team with presentations, proposals, and customer reports

Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month
