Minimum requirements

Qualification: AME / B.Tech (Aerospace) Course approved by DGCA or a relevant engineering degree completed from a recognized university Experience: 4+ years in Aviation Quality/CAMO

Key Responsibilities

Audits & Trainings Assist in preparation of MOM for Quality Review Meetings. Assist in preparing agenda for Regulatory Review Meetings and circulate MOM. Assist in preparing Manpower Review Meeting agenda and circulate MOM. Coordinate correspondence with vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors for audit closure follow-up. Prepare and maintain training records, including curriculum database and training certificates. Monitor and record feedback forms from candidates. Track training validity of all Star Air personnel. Assist in coordinating trainings, including classroom sessions and training materials. Maintain training records of CAMO and 145 personnel. Assist in preparation of the Engineering Training Manual. Support in preparing the Annual Training Plan. Assist in designing and preparing educational aids and training materials. Monitor validity of licenses, authorizations, and refresher trainings for certifying staff, support staff, and approval holders. Review and update the status of ongoing trainings. Support the Quality Manager / Training Manager in daily operational activities. Assist in preparation of Quality Review Meeting agenda. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Quality Manager.
