Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Information Management. The Technical Marketing Manager will support our technical demos and infrastructure automation, and will work closely with the Product management team, Engineering team, Product Marketing and Sales/Pre-Sales teams.

The Technical Marketing Manager is responsible for building Demo infrastructure to address emerging use cases and establish early adopter customer and partner success stories. This position is responsible for building the automation layers in the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and deployment of technology components for integrations and development of solutions in a collaboration with the technical teams and cross-functional teams leveraging OpenText technologies and complimentary capabilities from 3rd party technologies.

The ideal candidate will engage with engineering, architects, product, and solution teams to build joint solution/service development initiatives against defined business needs and provide corresponding technical solution specifications. This position will need to have a passion to solve technical challenges, and maintaining a central knowledge repository for integrations, use cases, architecture models and security standards. The role needs to perform new technologies integrations including cloud 3rd party applications, and building automation scripts as per customer requirements.

What the role offers:

Demonstrate deep researching, designing, developing, and testing solution modules with specific needs and integrated needs. Identify and establish technical models based on customer environments. Integrate security solution components into the cloud system for faster delivery of services. Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade existing systems, deploy programs, and evaluate user feedback. Comply with project plans and standards to ensure solution is updated with latest features. Validation of cloud testing methods based on quality procedures. Working closely with cross-functional departments to communicate project activities and status. Work with engineering teams to evaluate interface between solution functionalities and develop specifications. Partner with the cross-functional teams to develop automation content for supporting ecosystem of solutions and custom functions. Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems on AWS/Azure or the modification of existing systems. Develop scripts for specific performance, connectivity, or business logic requirements. Support and manage cloud, hybrid cloud setups and providing innovation to customers, partners. Analyze, diagnose, and providing resolution for cloud integrations and automation suite using lab replication, technical documentation, and constant learning. Be the expert to deliver cloud enhancements, architecture workflow, high-and low-level documentation to OpenText customers and partners.

What you need to succeed:

Must have deep domain expertise in Cloud technologies and the broader cloud market.

Excellent communication skills as well as the technical background on cloud management especially on AWS or Azure to fluently interact and provide guidance. Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and execute solution initiatives successfully. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze problems and execute actionable plans. Have technical acumen with an understanding across the solution development - ideation to solution framework. Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to research issues never before encountered and strong attention to detail. Enjoy learning and introducing new technologies to help colleagues in adopting them. Experience designing interactive applications with integrated models. Proficiency in test-driven processes and ability to document requirements and specifications. Excellent knowledge and hands-on in Java, R, C++ or other programming languages and relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies. Strong interpersonal, communication skills and relationship management skills. Demonstrate effectiveness working across multiple security domains Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization. Ability to analyze information, conduct system analysis, develop changes in solutions. Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams. Applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives. Applying best practices and standard operating procedures. Creating innovative solutions to meet organization's technical and functional requirements. Managing the solution development and system performance. Developing and collaborating on solution validation and testing methods. Working to attain various solution offerings and development objectives related to solution builds with product releases and technology providers.

Education and Experience:

Graduate or post-graduate degree in computer science& engineering, etc. Cloud Certifications or Specialization accreditation. Proficiency in programming languages and design skills. 12+ years of working experience in Cloud Technologies AWS, Azure and related development experience. Knowledge of architecture definition, development lifecycle and testing to documentation. Creative problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize activities and deliver project requirements on time. A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts. Excellent coding skills and knowledge in agile methodologies. Ability to articulate technical use cases with deployment, integration, and content development with global teams. Experience in working with global teams on-shore/off-shore across time zones. Results-driven, self-sufficient, and self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to success and delivery excellence.
