Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for new customer acquisition, sales targets, and revenue growth.
Identify potential customers across regions, collect technical requirements, and analyze their needs to propose suitable solutions.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and secure customer approvals post-delivery.
Track outstanding payments as per agreed terms and regularly update management on collection status.
Handle customer complaints and technical queries, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, support, and on-site visits as needed.
Skills:
Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of mechanical or electronic systems
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
Comfortable standing for long periods during on-site visits
Willingness to travel across India on short notice (rotational basis)
