Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

(mandatory). Minimum

10 years of total experience

in sales & marketing within the electrical industry. At least

5 years of proven experience in technical marketing with a strong focus on projects

-- dealing with contractors, consultants, and securing approvals in

high-class private and public projects

.

Proven track record

of handling top-class project clients and securing approvals from

high authorities

. Must have an

excellent database

of consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers. Strong knowledge of

approval processes and procedures

to enter major government and private projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical marketing and business development for Bangalore and surrounding markets. Drive

product approvals

with government departments, consultants, and major private projects. Utilize strong industry connections and databases to expand project-based sales. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and high-authority stakeholders. Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and ensure market growth. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
