Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support & Product Presentation
Understand SPM machine specifications, features, and applications in various industries.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product explanations to customers.
Provide technical support to the sales team for project discussions and customer queries.
2. Customer Requirement Gathering
Interact with customers to understand automation and SPM requirements.
Conduct plant visits to study processes and propose suitable SPM solutions.
Convert customer requirements into clear technical inputs for design teams.
3. Proposal & Documentation
Prepare technical proposals, BOM, costing sheets, and techno-commercial offers.
Create sales documents, brochures, and application notes.
Support the preparation of tender documents and project quotations.
4. Sales & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and target industries for SPM solutions.
Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries, proposals, and orders.
Coordinate with sales, design, production, and service teams for smooth order execution.
5. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends and competitor products in automation/SPM segment.
Suggest improvements, new machine concepts, or customization based on customer feedback.
Assist management in planning marketing strategies and new product positioning.
6. Post-Sales Coordination
Support customers during machine installation, trials, and performance validation.
Address technical queries after dispatch along with service team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of SPMs, automation systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly line operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to prepare proposal layouts, costing, and documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks (added advantage).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
