Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Technical Architect to lead the design and development of our software solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise across the full stack, including .NET, Angular, and SQL. You will be the technical backbone of our project teams, responsible for making high-level design choices, dictating technical standards, and ensuring the successful delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.

As a Technical Architect, you will interface directly with clients, lead development teams, and steer projects from a technical standpoint, ensuring they are built on a solid foundation leveraging modern cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Design:

Design and architect end-to-end solutions that are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable. Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, system architecture diagrams, and data models. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for new projects. Define and enforce architectural principles, design patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture), and coding standards across the organization.

2. Technical Leadership & Team Handling:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving. Oversee the technical output of the development team to ensure alignment with architectural vision and standards. Assist in the professional development and skill-building of team members.

3. Project Delivery & Client Handling:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and clients to understand functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural roadmaps. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communicating complex technical concepts clearly. Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from a technical perspective, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries within an Agile/Scrum framework.

4. Hands-On Technical Expertise:

Remain hands-on, developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to validate new architectures and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, scalability, and security. Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for efficient and automated deployments. Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL environments.

5. Cloud Infrastructure:

Design, implement, and manage cloud-native solutions on

Azure (preferred)

and/or

AWS

. Leverage cloud services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, AKS, or equivalent AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, EKS). Ensure solutions are cost-effective, secure, and leverage the full potential of the cloud platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Developer role.

Backend Technology:

Expert-level proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, including .NETCore, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and C#.

Frontend Technology:

Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically

Angular

(version 8 or higher), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3.

Database:

In-depth knowledge of relational databases, particularly

MS SQL Server

. Expertise in database design, T-SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Cloud Platforms:

Proven experience architecting and deploying solutions on

Microsoft Azure

. Experience with

AWS

is a significant plus.

Architecture:

Deep understanding of architectural patterns (Microservices, SOA, N-tier), SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Leadership:

Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Client Management:

Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and clients, manage expectations, and communicate effectively.

Methodologies:

Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as "Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert" or "AWS Certified Solutions Architect." Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI). Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB). Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP Top 10) and identity management protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
