What youll be doing...
Youll be leading multiple software engineering teams internally and externally to design and develop complex software architecture for our machine-to-machine Management Center platform. This single, scalable system enables our customers to access one of the largest globally integrated networks. Your work will help us to stay at the forefront of technology and positively impact the customer experience.
Leading a technology team responsible for driving digital adoption, digital sales and services on desktop and mobile app platforms.
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to the technology team, especially in the areas of React Native/UI development, user experience design and content management.
Leading program delivery, platform optimization and digital stability.
Driving customer journey experience through application of Digital Analytics, real time marketing technologies for web and mobile app platforms.
Enabling a frictionless customer journeys and hyper personalization.
Leading through empathy, driving employee engagement. attract, hire and retain world class tech talent.
Managing large vendor engagement and drive productivity through ownership model.
Leading by example, take responsibility and be ready to roll roll-up your sleeves and champion change.

Youll need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Four years ofexperience with front end UI development modern javascript frameworks or libraries.
Experience with Frontend technologies- JavaScript, React Framework, Node.js, HTML 5 & CSS3.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Analytical background with experience in developing applications using Java technologies such as JEE, Spring and Web Services.
Ability to lead a technology team in an extremely fast paced e-commerce, digital and customer obsessed environment.
Ability to drive program delivery, operational stability, financial discipline and technology innovation.
Experience in leading mid-size technology teams with ability to embrace the team's success as part of your own.
