The new hire will be responsible to support New product development, New technology investigation, Q&R and VAVE projects through NVH Testing, SAST Testing, Mast Testing, & Dynamic simulations. The individual is expected to be competent in the area of Vibration and durability calculation of HVAC systems using test data and Siemens Simcenter (LMS Testlab)/nCode software respectively. In addition, experience in structural simulation using Ansys/FEA tools is an added advantage.

Skill sets:

Siemens Simcenter (LMS Test lab)/B&K Daq and nCode/FeSafe

Desirable: Ansys Workbench or Nastran or Hypermesh

Qualifications: * Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D Degree in Mech Engineering with Hands on experience of general mechanical engineering Climate products.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in NVH Testing
• In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, Strong knowledge of Strength of Materials, failure theories and mechanical vibrations.
• Candidates having experience in testing of electrical and electronics component is an added advantage.
• Experience in FE \xe2\x80\x93 Test comparison for dynamic analysis.
• Durability calculations using tools like nCode or FE Safe is required.
• Experience in accelerated vibration life testing for dynamic and thermal problems.

Key Competencies:

Excellent hands on and knowledge in Vibration and vibration data acquisition

Experience in RLDA and accelerated vibration profile generation.

Good knowledge in Modal test, Modal analysis, ODS, FFT analysis and order analysis

Experience in SAST and MAST testing

Good understanding of fatigue and durability

Good communication skills

Good Strength of Material Background

Good knowledge in DFMEA, DVP, Verification and Validation
