Designation - Technical Manager



Experience - 8-12Yrs



Qualification - Post Graduate in Chemistry



Location - Mumbai



Roles & Responsibility -



Should have Knowledge and experience in Environment and Food.



Should have worked in NABL Lab.



Capable to lead the team and work as technical manager.



Well versed with test methods, MU, Calibration and Instruments and guide the team.



Should be capable of lead food and environment team and guide them technically.



Authorized to review and sign test reports and for expression of opinions and interpretations.



Responsible for maintenance of all instruments.



Responsible for development & validation of in-house test methods and updating of test methods.



Coordinates with customer related to technical methods/ instrumental methods.



Resolving customer complaints related to technical aspects, doing the root cause analysis, proposing corrective action and monitoring the corrective actions and preventive measures in consultation with Quality manager.



Identifying the training needs for chemist and technicians in discussion with the Quality Manager and Director.



Responsible for monitoring and as necessary carry out tests as per standard methods, client specifications



Evaluation of test results and data.



Monitoring over all routine work and technical operations.



Ensuring that testing complies with relevant standards.



Plans, organizes and controls the day to day operation of Water and Environmental section.



Checking of results & data related to chemical analysis undertaken in Water and Environmental section



Supervising the activities of trainee chemists, new recruits, Senior Chemist and Chemist of water and environmental section.



In the absence of quality manager, carrying the responsibility of quality manger.



Assisting quality manager for preparing quality manual, management system procedures, operational control procedures, hazards identification and risk assessment and other system related documents.



Preparing standard operating procedure, uncertainty measurement and other relevant documents pertaining to his department.



Assists the quality manager in organizing and conducting internal audits.



Responsible for handling of customer complaints pertaining to his departments.



Prepares the quality plan and conducting quality checks



Carrying out specific tasks/additional responsibilities as and when allotted/assigned by

quality manager

.
