Assisting quality manager for preparing quality manual, management system procedures, operational control procedures, hazards identification and risk assessment and other system related documents.
Preparing standard operating procedure, uncertainty measurement and other relevant documents pertaining to his department.
Assists the quality manager in organizing and conducting internal audits.
Responsible for handling of customer complaints pertaining to his departments.
Prepares the quality plan and conducting quality checks
