2 Data Updating & Monitoring: Compilation of Technical MIS for all areas in standard format by following up with Technical team 20% Annexure 2
3 Valuation Agency Management : Review & cross audit of valuation agencies and Control.Regular Reporting on Audit Findings 20% Annexure 3
4 Price Monitoring : Updation of Zone Base Master on regular basis 10% Annexure 4
5 Technical Audit & Hind sighting: Carrying out Technical Audit & Hind sighting and Ensuring Compliance as per the Technical Process Manual/RBI guidelines 10% Annexure 5
6 Location Visit : Visiting all the zone very quarter and getting updated with local real estate market practices & regulations 10% Annexure 6
