We are looking to hire Technical Manager - Engineering Excellence with expertise in Business systems, database tools, and data analytics technologies

Responsibilities:

• Has strong analytical skills, including the ability to scope out business problems to be solved, start from ambiguous problem statements, identify, and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis, and draw conclusions relevant to the business problem
• Has expert level knowledge of all the data sources (sources, types, extraction and use cases) in enterprise business applications and tools
• To collaborate with Business and IT teams on data analytics technology methodologies and tools, including data modelling, data ingestion, ETL (extract, transform and load), and data visualization tools

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 8+ years working with IT/Manufacturing industries
• Hands-on experience in data analytics technology platforms like Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle OBI, Microsoft Power BI, etc.,
• Demonstrated technical / business domain experience in enterprise applications like Aras, Oracle ERP, Windchill, PPM, Oracle Apex, PeopleSoft (optional)
• Experience with Big Data processing frameworks (Cloudera, Hive, Impala), RDBMS (Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL Server) and languages (SQL, PLSQL, MCode, etc.,)
• Experience in leading software agile project management, software change management and quality control
• In-depth knowledge of Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, or relevant quantitative field

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent.

Location: Bangalore/Chennai, India (Option for On-site/Hybrid/Remote)

Travel: 5% required / On-demand
