We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager - Cyber Security to lead cybersecurity initiatives with a strong focus on training, capability building, and technical governance. This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to educate, mentor, and guide teams in implementing robust security practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives across infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud environments
• Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct security awareness sessions, technical workshops, and hands-on labs for various skill levels
• Define and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices aligned with global frameworks
• Assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and post-incident analysis
• Guide teams on secure architecture, secure coding practices, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and leadership teams to embed security into business processes
• Stay updated on emerging threats, tools, attack vectors, and regulatory changes
• Prepare security documentation, training material, SOPs, and knowledge repositories
• Mentor junior security professionals and contribute to capability building initiatives
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities when required

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in cyber security, information security, or security operations
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as:

• Network security
• Application security
• Endpoint and cloud security
• Vulnerability management and incident response
• Proven experience in cybersecurity training, technical enablement, or knowledge transfer
• Ability to simplify complex security concepts and explain them clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience working with security tools, monitoring platforms, or security frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk-assessment skills
• Comfortable leading technical discussions, workshops, and review sessions
• Good documentation and presentation skills for training and reporting purposes
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence security-first thinking
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current in the cybersecurity landscape
