Job Description

Design and review BMS architectures and control logic for HVAC, lighting, energy metering, and other integrated systems.

Supervise panel designs, I/O lists, and network architecture (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).

Review technical submissions, BOQs, and shop drawings.

Team Management:

Lead a team of engineers and technicians for installation, testing, and commissioning.

Provide technical training and guidance to the project team.

Integration & Commissioning:

Ensure seamless integration of BMS with third-party systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, Elevators, etc.).

Supervise software programming, graphics development, and FAT/SAT.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to standards such as ASHRAE, ISO, and project specifications.

Conduct quality checks and audits during various project stages.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and consultants.

Provide support during project handover and post-installation support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

8+ years of experience in BMS, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.

Expertise in BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium, etc.

Strong understanding of protocols like BACnet, Modbus, LON, KNX, etc.

Familiarity with HVAC systems, control logic, and energy efficiency principles.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and BMS configuration tools.
