Overall 6-10 yrs experience in Performance Testing with exposure in Jmeter & Loadrunner Hands on experience on performance monitoring tools like Dyna trace, JvisualVM, Perfmon, ELK stack etc. Good knowledge on corelation & load model preparation Improve maturity and drive process and strategy for application performance engineering and performance test solutions across multiple projects Preparation of performance testing roadmap & test strategy Act as coach and mentor for performance test team members Educate project teams and stakeholders (where needed) on performance testing best practices and how to integrate performance engineering activities earlier into the SDLC Work with project stakeholders and teams to identify performance risks earlier in the SDLC Work with project stakeholders and teams to define usage models for desired performance testing goals and SLA s per project Performance test planning, execution & reporting Coordination with Sys admin & Network admin, Loadbalancer Admin, solution architect for performance issues troubleshooting Must be able to provide tool agnostic solutions across different technology / applications/ integrations Provides recommendations regarding possible script failures or application failures in collaboration with Application/Architecture SME's * Demonstrate team approach to resolving defects and/or performance issues
