Education:

Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree.

Experience:

3 - 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a development team, providing technical guidance and oversight. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements. Make technical decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentor and coach team members. Participate in high-level architecture and design discussions.

Mandatory Skills

:

Expertise in Manual Testing (Web/Mobile Applications) Awareness of Latest Web and Mobile Technology Trends Planning and Documentation (Test Plan, Test Cases, User Manuals) Cross-Browser Testing Skills, Different Device Testing Skills Good Reporting and Communication skills Perform Software Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing Identify defects, prioritize and track issues, and report test results to the development team Knowledge of Automation Testing Tools (Selenium web driver, JMeter) will be an added advantage Quick to learn

Preferred Skills

:

Hands on experience with front-end or back-end frameworks Knowledge of software architecture principles Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL) Familiarity with software testing principlesInterest in application support or testing methodologies.
