In this role, you will drive high-performance, scalable, and flexible technology solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native tools. • Provide deep technical leadership across applications, data, and platforms
• Define and enforce best practices for technologies like JS, Java, APIs, CMS, serverless, and containers
• Design technical architecture and lead implementation efforts
• Conduct PoCs on emerging technologies and scale them across projects
• Review development artefacts, manage technical debt, and ensure high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with business teams to co-create innovative, future-proof digital solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance
• Lead adoption of DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures on AWS

Requirements

• 7-10 years of software development experience with a strong tech background
• Proven track record of leading design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions
• Hands-on expertise in ReactJS/Angular, NodeJS, Java frameworks, Oracle, NoSQL, and AWS (serverless, containers)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and modern development methodologies
• Strong ability to troubleshoot web/mobile systems and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with AI or data analytics is a plus
• B.E. / MCA from a reputed institute
