Technical Lead

React JS

to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

technical architecture, team mentorship, code quality, and successful project delivery

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend and frontend developers Design and implement scalable backend solutions using

Python & Django

Develop and review frontend applications using

React JS

Define system architecture, technical standards, and best practices Perform

code reviews

, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to define requirements Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team on solutions Ensure application performance, security, and scalability Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years

of experience in software development Strong expertise in

Python, Django, Django REST Framework

Strong experience with

React JS

, Redux/Context API, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with

REST APIs

, third-party integrations, and microservices Solid understanding of

database design

(PostgreSQL/MySQL) Experience with

Git

, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodology Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Ability to guide juniors and handle multiple projects
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with

AWS / Cloud platforms

Knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes

Familiarity with

DevOps practices

Experience with

Next.js

Understanding of system security and performance optimization
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
