Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
3-10 years of experience in instance management for Infor products. Manage lifecycle activities for Infor instances (Work brain, LN, M3, etc.) on Azure. Provision and decommission environments based on project needs. Perform instance sizing and capacity planning aligned with performance benchmarks. Collaborate with Infra teams for VM setup, storage allocation, and network configuration. Monitor instance health and optimize resource usage. Maintain documentation for instance configurations and operational procedures. Support patching, backup, and basic security compliance tasks. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployment and release activities.
