Roles & Responsibilities for AWS RUN LEAD

Technical Leadership & Strategy:

Lead the design, deployment, and operation of AWS-managed database services (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, etc.) ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Define and implement best practices for database management, monitoring, and troubleshooting in AWS environments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for run operations, including automation, patching, backups, and disaster recovery. Establish database run-book procedures, run-books, and incident response protocols specific to AWS services.
