Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Provide technical guidance and solution-oriented support to the team. Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Strong skills in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MySQL/MongoDB. Ensure scalable architecture and secure application development. Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and optimize app performance. Troubleshoot mobile-specific issues and ensure smooth deployment. Build robust backend systems using PHP & Laravel framework. Work on REST APIs, authentication, database design, and server-side logic. Handle client meetings, requirement gathering, and product discussions. Share project updates, timelines, and handle feedback professionally. Break down project requirements into tasks and allocate responsibilities. Track project progress using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. Coordinate with designers, developers, QA testers, and management.

Required Skills :

Strong expertise in Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend). Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development. Strong backend capabilities in PHP & Laravel. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure) is an advantage. Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket). Must have 05 to 10 years of experience as an tech lead. Proven experience in leading development teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage client expectations and handle technical discussions confidently.
