Face 2 Face Interview only- Delhi NCR

Technical Team Lead 3-5 years ( Laravel + ReactJS)

Key Responsibilities:

1? System Architecture: Translate business needs into scalable system blueprints - workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.

2? Technical Leadership: Define coding standards, review architecture & code, and mentor junior developers.

3? Frontend Expertise: Build responsive ReactJS + TailwindCSS UIs with API-driven state management.

4? Backend Development: Create secure, scalable Laravel APIs, handle queues, caching (Redis), and background jobs.

5? Database & Integrations: Optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL schemas and develop REST APIs for third-party integrations.

6? Customization: Build custom apps, widgets, and CRM workflows (Cloud & On-Premise).

7? DevOps Collaboration: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and coordinate AWS deployments (EC2, S3, RDS).

8? Quality Assurance: Ensure pre-approved technical blueprints, well-documented APIs, and bug-free delivery.
