Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Lead

with strong expertise in either

Dotnet Microservices

or

Database Technologies

(MS SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL).

This role involves

technical ownership, architecture design, and team leadership

for enterprise-grade, AI-enabled products.

Candidates with strong experience in either Dotnet or Database leadership are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of product modules Provide technical leadership to a team of developers (2-6 members) Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and AI teams Ensure best practices in

architecture, coding standards, performance, and security

Review code, mentor team members, and drive technical excellence Participate in system design, HLD/LLD, and technical decision-making Support production releases, performance tuning, and scalability initiatives

Required Experience

8+ years

of overall software engineering experience

2-4 years

in a

Technical Lead / Lead Engineer

role Experience working in

product-based companies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Skills (Either One is Mandatory)

Option 1: Dotnet Technical Lead

Strong expertise in

Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC

Experience with

Microservices architecture

API design and integration (REST, secured APIs) Knowledge of

Azure / Cloud / DevOps

is a plus Experience with MS SQL Server and backend integration

Option 2: Database Technical Lead

Strong expertise in

MS SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL

Database design, data modeling, normalization/denormalization Performance tuning, indexing, query optimization Stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, dynamic SQL Backup, recovery, high availability, and security concepts

Good to Have (For Both Roles)

Exposure to

GenAI / LLM-based systems

Experience with

RAG pipelines, LangChain, or AI data workflows

Cloud-native architecture exposure Experience working in R&D or innovation-focused teams
